The design prioritizes efficient space and energy use, contributing to sustainable urban growth while minimizing additional land use. Euterpepark addresses local housing demand through thoughtful densification, enhancing liveability with green spaces and shared outdoor areas, all aligned with the city’s long-term urban development strategy.
